Greensborough Highway (46) is a highway in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. It runs from Lower Plenty Rd at its southern point to Diamond Creek Rd at its northern point, intersecting along the way with the end of the Metropolitan Ring Road (M80).

Original plans show that this road was designated as a proprosed freeway, extending further than Diamond Creek Rd to finish at Ryans Rd, Diamond Creek.
