Green Spring Road is Hampshire County, West Virginia's Secondary Route (County Route) 1. The road travels north-south through Green Spring Valley connecting Green Spring and Springfield on WV 28. Green Spring Road parallels the South Branch Valley Railroad and Green Spring Run. County Route 1 has been also known as Springfield-Green Spring Road and Green Spring Valley Road.
