Greatest Hits is a compilation album by Wyclef Jean. The album was released on October 7, 2003, the same day that his album The Preacher's Son was released. It contains hits from his four albums The Carnival, The Ecleftic: 2 Sides II a Book, Masquerade and The Preacher's Son. "No Woman, No Cry", a song from when Wyclef was a member of The Fugees, is also represented on the collaboration.
