Great Doddington

Great Doddington is a village within Northamptonshire in the United Kingdom.
It is located close to Wellingborough and lies just off the A45. It was established by the Anglo-Saxon leader 'The Great Dodder' due to its strategic position overlooking the Nene Valley. The Church of England church dates back to Norman days and has a square tower. In terms of services the village contains a single pub, a hair dressers, a village shop, a post office and two churches.
