Hello Graemejw,
There are already three Thomas Williams articles and yours makes four and several more are expected. The first, simply Thomas Williams was the disambiguation article (effectivily an index), which you managed to replace. Take a look at the History file. The other two Thomas Cardinal Williams and Thomas Williams of Llanidan were there first but because there is more than one they both had to be given an extended name. So must yours e.g. Thomas Williams (cartoonist) or anything else. I can make the changes for you or perhaps you would like to read the help and do it yourself.
