Grantray-Lawrence Animation
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Grantray-Lawrence Animation was a Canadian animation studio active from 1954 to 1967 and founded by Grant Simmons, Ray Patterson (hence "Grant-Ray"), and Robert Lawrence.
This animation company produced numerous low budget television animation productions until it went bankrupt in 1967.
Its productions included:
- Max the 2000-Year-Old Mouse
- Professor Kitzel
- Marvel Super Heroes Show
- Spider-Man
The last series has proven by far to be the most durable with its theme song becoming a popular standard that is frequently covered and parodied.
