Grant Denyer (born September 12, 1977 in Avoca Beach, New South Wales) is an Australian motor racing driver and TV weatherman.

[edit] Motor racing
He currently drives a Ford Falcon in the Fujitsu V8 Supercar series for Dick Johnson Racing. In 2005 he was awarded the Mike Kable Rookie of the Year prize having finished 10th. His car number is 81. In 2006, he will race for the first time in the main V8 Supercars series. Grant will race in the Sandown 500 and the prestigious Bathurst 1000. He raced with Alex Davison, still for Dick Johnson Racing in the Bathurst 1000 and came 9th overall.

Grant is involved with several television shows presented on the Seven Network and is best known on air as the Sunrise weatherman.

He has also been a TV presenter on Australian television for a few years and is currently the weatherman on the Seven Network's morning program Sunrise, and occasionally fills-in for Nuala Hafner on Sydney's edition of Seven News.
On December 8, 2006, Grant announced that he will be leaving his job as weatherman to move into being a roving reporter. He will present his final weather segments on December 15, 2006.[1]

Denyer starred in and won the fourth series of Dancing with the Stars as well as hosting the celebrity duet singing competition It Takes Two (Australian television). Denyer has also presented All Time Greatest Aussie Bloopers, Guiness World Records with co-host Shelley Craft.
His commitment to V8 Supercars meant he had to miss hosting It Takes Two on 23 July 2006.[2] In 2006 Denyer was recognised by voters in the TV Fugly Awards as being Australia's Spunkiest Male TV Personality [3]. Denyer will host Sydney's Carols in the Domain in December 2006.[4]
