[edit] Repeater systems

GRARA operates two repeater systems. The W8DC Supersystem is the most used of the two. It currently operates on the 2 meter and 70 cm bands at 147.260(+) and 444.400(+). 94.8Hz CTCSS is required. The repeater currently two 2 Meter receive sites, one at the Red Cross building and one at 92nd Street east of US-131. Our Sparta receive site has been removed due to a housing development going in where our tower is located. We are looking for a third site. The controller is currently an A/D Technologies DRC-186 controller. We have purchased a new Link-Comm RLC-3 controller to replace it.

Our secondary repeater is 1t 146.760(-). It is a good reliable simple repeater.
