[edit] History
Grand Park Centre was constructed in 1922 and stands at 21 storeys in height, 19 of those floors are above ground, with two basement floors. It is used as mainly an office building, with retail and a restaurant inside. The building was designed in the Chicago School architectural style, and built with brick.
After being purchased by Capozzoli Advisory in 2000, the building was subsequently renovated at a cost of $7,000,000. The tower was originally built with a decorative cornice crown which was removed in the 1960s following modernization of the building by Barton Malow Company.
