Grand Indonesia

Grand Indonesia is a large shopping mall, luxury hotel, apartment, and office complex currently being built on the site of former Hotel Indonesia and Hotel Inna wisata in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The site occupies a 7 ha government-owned land on the city's traffic circle known as Bundaran HI. The US$242 million project is funded by a major cigarette company Djarum under 30-year BOT contract.
So far, a grand multi cineplex Blitz and Japanese departement store Seibu have been joined as the anchor tenant of Mall A Grand Indonesia. The operation and management of the mall is awarded to Jones Lang LaSalle while hotel and apartments is awarded to the Kempinski international hotel chain. BCA, the leading national bank, will occupy most of the office floors.
The mall is expected to be completed in March 2007, the office building in July, the apartments at the end of October, and the hotel by the end of 2007.
