Grand Horizon

Grand Horizon (海欣花園) is a private housing estate on Tsing Yi Island of Hong Kong. There are five blocks in the estate. The land was formerly Hong Kong Cement Plant.

The estate is at Tsing Leng Tsui and adjaction to Greenfield Garden. It faces east to Rambler Channel and industrial area to its south. It is close to Tsing Yi Pier.
