Graham Stringer

Graham Eric Stringer (born February 17, 1950, Manchester) is a politician in the United Kingdom, and Labour Member of Parliament for Manchester Blackley. He was first elected in 1997, having previously been leader of Manchester City Council. He served as a government whip from 2001 to 2002, but now is a backbencher once more.
