Graham Foster was a fictional character in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders. He was played by Alex McSweeney.

He first appeared in 2003 as a customer in The Queen Victoria pub and befriended barmaid Little Mo Mitchell. One night in The Queen Vic when he and Little Mo were alone he said that he would leave when the song that was playing on the juke box ending (she did not realise he had put it on repeat). He then raped Little Mo. The rape resulted in the conception of their son Freddie.

Little Mo's father, Charlie Slater subsequently assaulted Graham, resulting in three months imprisonment and a suspension of his taxi license. Graham only dropped the charges when Little Mo's sister Kat Moon and her husband, Alfie put up £10,000, which they had borrowed from Andy Hunter.

On November 5, 2004, Graham was sentenced to eight years in prison for Little Mo's rape. His mother kept in contact with Little Mo and Freddie.
