Grace "Gracie" Sheffield was a fictional character on the long-running television situation comedy, The Nanny. She was played by actress Madeline Zima.

Grace was the youngest of the three Sheffield children. Until Fran Fine came to work for the family, she was also the most troubled after the death of her mother. She was seeing an analyst and she was only six years old.

Then along came Fran. Grace and Fran bonded quickly, as she had with her older sister, Maggie. Because of Fran, Grace didn't need to see her analyst as much as she used to. In fact, she saw Fran as a mother figure. Grace was so devoted to Fran that she in fact ran away to Flushing, where she saw Fran and her mother, Sylvia Fine. During her adventures in Flushing, she attended her first Jewish wedding.

C.C. Babcock, her father's business partner, and Fran's nemesis, had hurt Grace by saying that Fran was merely a nanny. This earned C.C. Fran's wrath, "You're a wonderful woman, and I wish you well, but if you say one more word about my kid, you'll be scraping your blue blood off the walls!!!" Fran pointedly told C.C..

Grace was called "Gracie" by Fran, and oftentimes, she would accompany her shopping. Maxwell adored Grace, and when Maggie had grown up, he took to smothering her as he had done with Grace's older sister.

She became a great older sister to her twin half-siblings, Jonah and Eve.

Grace accompanied her family to Los Angeles, when her father accepted an offer to produce a movie there.
