The Grace Dieu was the flagship of Henry V of England. Completed in 1420, she sank dramatically after being set alight by a bolt of lightning. Its remains are still near its berth in the River Hamble estuary at Bursledon, near Southampton, Hampshire.

It was designated under the Protection of Wrecks Act on 5 February 1974.

It was excavated by Channel 4's archaeology programme Time Team in 2004 for their 2005 series.
