Grace Bible Chapel is a Christian Plymouth Brethren Assembly located in Fullerton, California. The church has a diverse gatherng of cultures including Indian, Latino, Romanian, and Korean. The Romanian and Korean members have separate meetings in their native languages. All others join together in the English speaking meeting.

Grace Bible Chapel is an Open Brethren Assembly. It opens its doors to any fellow Christian that wishes to join in fellowship. The Elders are Dr. Bob Carpenter, George Teats, Sr., David Sandoval, Simon Varghese and Ed Teats. The Deacons are John Betts, Ed Rivas, Justin John, V. K. Thomas, G. Rajan, John Varghese and Doug Whitney.

As with most Plymouth Brethren Assemblies, there is no declared pastor. However, Elder Ed Teats is the primary speaker to bring the message each week.
