My name is Gpyoung and I am from Chicago, IL. My main intrests include history and especially politics (GOP). I have been using Wikipedia for a very long time, and now that I have some extra time on my hands, I thought I would take the time to contribute what I can. So far, I have been focusing on articles about the Caribbean (one of my favorite places) and Chicago. I am a member of the Caribbean Wikipedians' Notice Board and the founding member of WikiProject Chicago. I hope to eventually broaden my horizons and become involved in a more diverse set of articles, especially politics and world affairs, which has always been my forte.

DISCLAIMER: I CANNOT SPELL This is probably obvious to anybody who has read my work-lol. I try to do spell check in Word, but often it just misses something. Please edit my articles for spelling errors if you are the grammatical sort.

This page has been vandalized thrice, which means, to me at least, that I must be doing something right on RC and New Page Patrol. Please see my Vandalism Hall of Fame for all of the "praise" and encouraging comments and advice that has been left for me, but has been reverted.
