Gozzano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 km northeast of Turin and about 35 km northwest of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,949 and an area of 12.5 km2.[1]

The municipality of Gozzano contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Auzate and Bugnate.

Gozzano borders the following municipalities: Bolzano Novarese, Borgomanero, Briga Novarese, Gargallo, Invorio, Orta San Giulio, Pogno, San Maurizio d'Opaglio, and Soriso.
