Govia

Govia is a joint venture between Go-Ahead (65 per cent) and Keolis SA (35 per cent). Govia is a key operator of commuter services in London and the South East. They own Southern and Southeastern, and were the proprietors of the former company Thameslink, whose services they handed over to First Capital Connect in April 2006. Govia are one of the approved bidders for the new London Overground franchise.
