Government Brain Voodoo Trouble is an episode of the television series Squidbillies. It is the first episode of the second season and the last to use the original intro.

Early steals all of the pipes out of the Sheriff's house and then tries to sell them back to him. Instead of arresting him, however, the Sheriff decides that maybe therapy is the answer. Visiting the town's therapist, the Sheriff claims that Early cares about nobody but himself. The therapist suggest they try role reversal, but that leads only the Early abusing the Sheriff even further. Venting out their frustrations from a mountain cliff yields no better results. But as Early and the Sheriff have no end in sight for their issues, their supposed therapist (TheRapist) reveals a few of his own.
