Gothic is the second full-length album released by British doom metal band Paradise Lost.

It is a seminal work, being one of the major influences on the modern genre of doom metal along with albums such as Candlemass' Epicus Doomicus Metallicus and My Dying Bride's Turn Loose the Swans. Of particular note is the use of female vocals, rather more unusual in heavy metal at the time than it is today.

The 2003 re-release of this album appended two remixes of songs from Lost Paradise, bringing the total running time to 49 minutes and 30 seconds.

Remixed/live versions of "Eternal", "Gothic" and "The Painless" appear on the 2003 digipak re-release of Lost Paradise.
