GoToMeeting is an online meeting service created and marketed by Citrix Online, a division of Citrix Systems. It provides the ability to hold unlimited virtual online meetings from Microsoft Windows PCs.

GoToMeeting was launched in July 2004 to provide high-quality online meeting services. It allows users to display their desktop to invited attendees (up to 10 attendees with GoToMeeting, 25 with GoToMeeting Corporate). Attendees can connect to the meeting from any computer with an Internet connection and do not need to subscribe or download GoToMeeting to attend. Voice conferencing is included with the service.

GoToMeeting protects all online data with industry-standard SSL and U.S. government-standard 128-bit end-to-end AES encryption.
[edit] Editions and features
GoToMeeting is sold in two editions - Personal and Corporate. GoToMeeting Corporate includes all the features of GoToMeeting plus a larger attendee limit, robust reporting and enhanced administration tools.
GoToMeeting 2.0 was released in August 2005 and added a bevy of new features, including meeting recording and playback, specific application sharing and drawing tools.
GoToMeeting 3.0 was released in May 2006 and added Mac attendee support and extended integration with Microsoft Office and instant-messaging applications. GoToWebinar, Citrix Online's Web conferencing product, was also added to GoToMeeting Corporate.
GoToMeeting features common to both editions include:
- Shared keyboard and mouse control for collaborating on documents in real time
- Instantly change presenters for enabling any participant to present during the meeting
- Drawing tools for drawing, highlighting and pointing to items of interest on the screen
- Desktop recording and playback for reviewing and sharing meetings after they are completed
- Specific application sharing for sharing only the application the user chooses
- Integration for starting a meeting from Microsoft Office, email or instant-messaging applications
- Mac attendee support for allowing Mac users to attend meetings (Mac users can not present in meetings).
- Reporting for trend analysis and ROI validation
