Gornyak (Russian: Горня́к) is a town in Altai Krai, Russia, located 360 km south-west of Barnaul at 50°59′39″N, 81°27′58″E. Population: 15,779 (2002 Census).

It was founded in the 18th century as selo (village) Zolotukha (Золоту́ха). In 1942, a miners' settlement was established in place of the old Zolotukha, named Gornyak. It was granted urban-type settlement status in 1946, and town status in 1969.
