I have found it impossible to get a complete list of winners of this prestigious award from anywhere on the web. Maybe others can help.

I found a list of various national award winners at:

however, it is a talk page so can't necessarily be trusted.

Also, I am not entirely certain of what the award is for. I have seen "best European player" and "best International player in Europe." It seems to be, perhaps, the best European player in international tournaments.Roger 03:33, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
