Ensign Reginald E. Goodwin, USNR;

(top row, left to right):

Ensign John W. Reagan, USNR;
Ensign Jesse W. Arbor, USNR;
Ensign Dalton L. Baugh, USNR;
Ensign Frank E. Sublett, USNR.
