Golf-Mike

Golf-Mike are Thai sibling pop duo, Pichaya Nitipaisalkul (Golf : February 20,1987) and Pirat Nitipaisalkul (Mike : December 19,1989). They got recruited into the G-Junior project by GMM Grammy, Thailand's biggest entertainment company in 2002. The brothers got trained in the project in singing, dancing, acting, and some other classes for 4 years before finally getting debuted as an artist in November 2005 in their self-titled album, "Golf-Mike". The album contains several hits including Bounce, Ruang Lek Kaung Tur, Ta Lok Dee, Yah Len Bab Nee & Epilogue.
In February 2006, Golf-Mike won their first-ever award from the Seed Awards 2006 for "Seed Most Popular Artist of the Year".
In March 2006, they were able to hold their first independent concert, "Golf-Mike Let's Bounce Concert" at Thunder Dome with 5,000 audiences.
In June 2006, Golf-Mike was awarded "Best Breakthough Artist" from the Channel [V] Thailand Music Video Awards 2006.
In late June, Golf-Mike showed up in Japan announcing Johnny's Entertainment's first ever international unit, GYM, with J-Pop superstar, Tomohisa Yamashita. GYM, standing for Golf, Yamashita, Mike, respectively, released a single, "Fever To Future" as a supporting song for the Women's Volleyball World Grandprix. The single went to No.1 on Oricon chart.
At the end of August, Golf and Mike teamed up with other G-Junior boys including Chin, Guy, Happy, Madiow, J, Nut, Ken, and Ice as a group called "G-JR" (read as G-J-R) releasing the 10 Club album.
October 7, Golf-Mike and G-JR held a big concert again called "The Show Must Go On Concert By Golf-Mike & Friends" at Impact Arena. At the end of the month, G-JR managed to win a Virgin Hitz Awards 2006 for "Popular Vote New Band".
Now, Golf-Mike are in studio working on their second album which is expected in January 2007.
