The Golem is a fictional enemy in the video game Mega Man Zero.
[edit] Character history
The Golems are large mobile attack units used in many of Neo Arcadia's military operations. They were seen as large stony robots in the first title, and took on elemental qualities in the second raid on Neo Arcadia. They are virtually indestructible; only Zero has met with success in destroying them. They also come in different types, the original Golem (only seen in the intro and the first boss battle) and starting from Zero 2 they come in differing Elemental types such as Type E for Electricity, Type I for Ice, and Type F for Fire. However, these new elemental abilities for the Golem leaves them susceptible to an elemental weakness as well.
[edit] Personality
The Golems, being non-sentient robots, have little in terms of personality other than strict following of orders. Even more distant than the non-thinking Mega Man Classic robots, the Golems are merely used as military tanks, and therefore have little to really analyze.
