Gokase, Miyazaki

Gokase (五ヶ瀬町; -chou) is a town located in Nishiusuki District, Miyazaki, Japan. The problem it is facing is that many people are leaving the city and this city needs more people.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 4,965 and the density of 28.90 persons per km². The total area is 171.77 km².

Many of the population work as farmers and fisherman. They produce Sansai, Seema mostly.

You could go to the southern most ski resort in Japan in Gokase. Also, you could go worshiping in a famous temple there too.
