• AMA - The Wikipedia:Association of Members' Advocates is searching for a Coordinator. See: Wikipedia:AMA Coordinator Election.
• Quickpolls - The Wikipedia:Quickpolls process is implemented for the first time after an edit war on Wikipedia:Requests for adminship, and the vote results in 24-hour bans for Anthony DiPierro and GrazingshipIV. One of the bans ends early when support for the ban falls below 70%. Two other polls result in no action.
• Mailing list merge - Proposed merger for Intlwiki-l and Wikipedia-l mailing lists at meta. Vote at Mailing list merge.
• Developer-level access - (Mar 22, 2004) elections for granting more folks Developer access going on at meta.
• The Accuser of Kobe Bryant - (Mar 24, 2004) controversial issue of whether to name the woman involved in the Kobe Bryant case. Page was listed on VfD, and speedily deleted later. Discussion at Votes for Deletion and Votes for Undeletion. Jimbo Wales opinion on mailing list: [1].
• Edit summary prefill poll - (Mar 24, 2004) Timwi started a second Edit summary prefill poll because he believed the previous one was not visible enough. Brion VIBBER moved the new poll to the talk page of the old one.
• New maintainability experiment for Votes for Deletion - (Mar 25, 2004) to avoid edit conflicts, VfD is using MediaWiki namespace pages for each article being considered. Initiated by Pete/Pcb21 see VfD talk.
• New tutorial - Wikipedia:Picture tutorial has been written. Anyone wishing to improve its clarify or completeness is welcome.

• Administrators - Chris Roy, Dale Arnett, Mic, moink and Moncrief become administrators. Congratulations!
