Talk:God Is a DJ (Faithless song)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hi, I've removed the primary author's email address from the article. Please not that we generally do not sign articles. For more on this topic, please see Wikipedia:Ownership of articles. Your contributions are recoreded in the page history, as required by the GFDL.
I also removed his email address. Unless you want to throw that address away, it is not a good idea to post it anywhere on this site. In addition to Wikipedia being one of the 100 most visited websites in the world, many mirrors of Wikipedia exist, so you are in effect posting your email address on thousands of pages when you put it up here. I don't like spam so much, and don't think you would like the ammount that would come in if your email address stayed for very long.

The result of the debate was No consensus God Is a DJ (Faithless song) → God Is a DJ — page was originally at God Is a DJ but was moved because Pink released a song of the same name 6 years later. The Faithless song has been much more successful and is better known. The page on the faithless song also contains a link to the pink song. Chappy84 12:02, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

- Weak Oppose - disambig pages should be used unless one is considerably better konwn than another, I think. -Patstuart(talk)(contribs) 01:06, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
- Weak Oppose Although Faithless' song was indeed (much) more successful, I think that the dab page is fine. Besides, if more "God is a DJ" songs are made, we won't have to deal with this again.--Húsönd 22:19, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
- Support Two-item dab pages are useless and should be avoided. Put the original and better-known article there with a toplink. -Anþony 20:47, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

- Oppose There are actually more hits for the pink song than the faithless one, although the numbers are quite similar. The way it is now is the best. Ultra-Loser [ T ] [ C ] 09:01, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
