Catman wants to relive his childhood, so Timmy wishes him young again.
[edit] "Birthday Wish"
On Tootie's birthday, Timmy uses the "Mike E. Mozzarella's" passes given to him on himself and Chester & A.J. by Tootie. Instead of attending Tootie's birthday party, he just enjoys the place. Timmy is then told of the great offense he inflicted upon poor Tootie. Feeling guilty, he decides to loan Cosmo and Wanda to Tootie for her birthday, to make up for it. As Tootie prepares for her extravagant birthday celebration, Mr. Crocker suspects that something may be up with Tootie, since Timmy loaned her his fairies. He then spends the rest of the episode stalking Tootie in his ongoing attempts to capture a fairy godparent. Meanwhile, Timmy keeps trying to foil Crocker, and even calls himself Tootie's boyfriend so that he could prevent Crocker from knowing that he has fairy godparents!
