GNU LibAntispam is an antispam API library with several antispam features, including reverse DNS lookup, prohibited reverse DNS strings, DNSBL, greylisting and SPF. The library is intended for use with a mail transfer agent / SMTP server. A web-based interface gives local users the ability to enable/disable antispam features.
