GnRH2
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
GnRH2, also known as GnRH-II or LHRH-II, is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone expressed in humans. Its gene is located on human chromosome 20[1]
It stimulates the secretion of gonadotropins: luteinizing and follicle-stimulating hormones. As of 2006, a homolog has been found in zebrafish, but no homologs have been found in mouse, rat, dog, fugu or Xenopus.
