[edit] Clear Bias, non-standard editing.

I don't think I really need to go into much detail here, folks. The article is not written in a proper manner, and contains a large bias against John Lasseter and Ed Catmull. Caleb Osment 13:40, 6 August 2006 (UTC)

Agreed. This article needs a significant overhaul. Rhindle The Red 02:41, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

I have merged information from Gnomeo and Juliet (2006 film) as per an Articles for Deletion, probably not helping matters much. I don't know enough the subject to help, but the article needed help, even before I did this long overdue merge!!

[edit] To the user who wrote that long essay

Your IP address changes, so there seems to be no way to contact you directly (although I do suspect that I may know who you are), so I will post my message here:

Wikipedia is not a soapbox.

Please read Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not carefully. Although by looking at your history I see that you have made many important contributions, your recent addition to this article was innapropriate in tone and read like a blog entry rather than like an encyclopedic article. I'm sure that there were ways to say most of what you wished to say about the film's process of creation without creating a mess that other editors will now have to clean up as best they can. All I ask is that you use a bit more discretion next time and try not to post something if you know full-well that it is innapropriate and that someone else will have to fix it. Thanks.

Better yet, I'm sure that all of us would be thankfull if you could find some sources for your allegations and reworded things to be more encyclopedic. --Esn 06:22, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
