Robert W. Monster founded GMI in Issaquah, Washington in 1999. The company, whose Corporate Headquarters are now based in Mercer Island, Washington, counts more than 300 employees in 28 cities on six continents. Prior to founding GMI, Rob served as global product development manager with Procter & Gamble. Rob holds a B.S. and an MBA from Cornell University.
