[edit] Article review

It's a great article as is, but, here's a few things I notice that might improve it:

  • A longer into. It should summarize the entire article while presenting most of the main or significant points.
  • It can't hurt to have plenty of inline citations. I recommend at least one per paragraph.
  • Acronyms should be spelled out the first time (NASA and NACA, for example).
  • Second paragraph: what's ``NACA?``

The prose is smooth, good writing. Cla68 04:19, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for your review! I'll make those suggested improvements over the next day or two. MLilburne 08:50, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] GA review

A couple of minor points that I copy edited, (see article history). Good article there is still room for more expansion especially post NASA. Does the sentence about meeting his wife need to be the opening of the section on NASA. A quote or actual citation from one of his awards would be an enhancement to that section. Thank you for your comments! I'll be expanding the article a bit over the next few weeks, and will try to find a quote from one of the awards. MLilburne 15:11, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
