Global Broadcast News (GBN) is an India media corporation under the Network18 umbrella. The holding company Network18 owns 51%, sister company TV18 owns 23% and the rest is owned by a group of professionals including Rajdeep Sardesai, Sameer Manchanda and Haresh Chawla. The company runs two general news channels that are broadcast all over India:

CNN-IBN (English)
IBN-7 (Hindi) - 50% of which is owned by the Dainik Jagran Group.
