[edit] Deleting images
Hi Glen, you recently posted an image for deletion at WP:MFD. However, MFD is not for images, we have WP:IFD for that. Since you're the uploader of the image, the quickest way to get of it is to skip the IFD process and add {{db-author}} to the image page, which indicates that you as the uploader wish it to be deleted. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. Pagrashtak 15:56, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
- I've speedied this, but per above mfd isn't for images. Since it was a duplicate image, you could also have used the template Template:Redundant image. Steve block talk 19:01, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] OpenDarwin
Maybe next time when you find some out of date information you could try updating it instead of just deleting it. AlistairMcMillan 14:37, 9 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] CNN
Of course, I wouldn't trust everything you hear on CNN :-). However, in this case, I agree.
