Glenvista is a suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa. It is located in Region 9.

Glenvista is a beautiful suburb in southern Johannesburg. It has many hills and valleys resembling Hollywood. There are meerkats and guinea fowl that still run wild. It is surrounded by natural thorn bushes and veld. In extension 5, there is a 72 par golf course in the dip of a valley. The houses and properties can be large. The neighbourhood is quite safe by South African standards. It is situated close to the shopping centre, The Glen. Some views are spectacular on the tops of the vallys.
