Glenbawn Dam

Glenbawn Dam is a major dam and reservoir on the Hunter River in New South Wales, Australia.

It is located near the town of Scone on the upper reaches of the river. Lat -32.108621°, Long 151.005701° . The dam was constructed in the 1950s.

The main purpose of the dam is flood mitigation. It also regulates water supply in the Hunter River for irrigation.
