Glazebrook railway station is in the Warrington unitary authority in the north west of England. The station, and all trains serving it, is operated by Northern Rail. Although this station is not within the Greater Manchester area, it does mark the western boundary of the range of rail tickets produced by GMPTE.

The ticket office is open weekday Mornings only.
This was formerly the junction for lines to Wigan (the former Central station) and St Helens (the former Central Station) which closed in 1964 and 1952 respectively, and also for a line to Stockport (the former Tiviot Dale Station), which closed in 1967.
