Gisela Kohler is a German athlete who competed mainly in the 80 metre Hurdles.
She competed for Germany in the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Australia in the 80 metre hurdles where she won the Silver medal.
She returned to the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome where she competed under her married name of Gisela Birkemeyer but this time could only manage to win the bronze medal.
