Girl Talk Live (often abbreviated GTL) is a two-hour talk show airing weekdays 3-5pm (PST) on tomgreen.com (The Channel), produced by Evan Bregman. It was created in September of 2006, starring several of the girls who frequented Tom's house during the Freestyle Friday broadcasts of Tom Green Live. It has since expanded to include a multitude of girls, including several recurring regulars.

[edit] Origins in Tom Green Live
GTL is one of many shows created for Tom Green's new online television channel, broadcasting from his house in Los Angeles. The Channel was founded through a partnership between Tom and ManiaTV, who financed and provided most of the equipment to be set up in Tom's living room. Tom Green Live was scheduled to air once a week, but Tom quickly expanded it to air every weekday, including a special Friday show which featured bands playing at his house to a party atmosphere.
Included at these Freestyle Fridays were a group of invited girls. After spending several weeks with these ladies, Tom created Girl Talk Live as a new show to complement his nightly Tom Green Live broadcasts.
[edit] Format
The show has a basic, one-camera set up (most days), where one or more girls will answer phone calls (mostly prank calls) and discuss issues ranging from relationship or sexual advice to friendly chit-chat. Occasionally, the show also includes a pre-taped segment, the first of which aired on November 10, 2006.
Currently Girl Talk is on Hiatus.
