Girella is a female portuguese water dog and born on 16 August 2003.

Her owner, a German born photographer named Garvin Nolte, observed that his dog liked to put her head on the speaker or radio when certain songs were playing. He has subsequently arranged for her to be photographed with more than 80 bands of her choosing as part of a photographic series called, "dog likes music"
