Gillian Porter (b. 13 April 1965, Derry) is a Northern Irish television presenter. She is best known as a continuity announcer and newsreader at UTV, where she has appeared since 1993. Gillian provides voiceovers for UTV programme trailers and local advertisements.

Before joining UTV in 1992, Gillian briefly worked as a continuity announcer and director at BBC Northern Ireland. In 1993, Gillian presented Grimebusters, a series of UTV features encouraging children to throw litter in the bin. From 1993 to 1999, she also presented the weather forecast on UTV Live, and in 2005 she could occasionally be seen presenting short weather bulletins in-vision for UTV. From 1998 to 1999, she was the weekend host of UTV Life.

Gillian is married and has two children.
