Giano Vetusto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 40 km north of Naples and about 20 km northwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 663 and an area of 11.5 km².^[1]

Giano Vetusto borders the following municipalities: Calvi Risorta, Camigliano, Formicola, Pastorano, Pignataro Maggiore, Rocchetta e Croce.
