Gianna Rolandi

Gianna Rolandi, Lady Davis, American soprano, was born in New York City in 1952 and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

She became director of vocal studies for the Lyric Opera of Chicago's Ryan Opera Center in May 2002 and was named director of the Center in 2006.

Miss Rolandi lives in Chicago with her husband, Sir Andrew Davis, Lyric Opera of Chicago’s music director.
