Gian Maria or Giovanni Maria Visconti (September 7, 1388May 16, 1412) was the second Visconti Duke of Milan, the son of Gian Galeazzo Visconti. Gian Maria, who inherited his father's cruelty, proved, unlike his father, to be a dissolute and ineffective ruler, and was assassinated by a party of Milanese Ghibellines after ten years of rule.

In 1408 Gian Maria had married Antonia Malatesta, daughter of Carlo I Malatesta, ruler of Rimini.
