His full name was Maulana Ghulam Hussain Na'eemi of Sahiwa'al, Pakistan.

He was an Sunni Islamic scholar who became a Shi'a twelver. As a rationale for his conversion he stated that he had questions that he found the Sunni scholars could not answer satisfactorily. He listed those questions to the Sunnis [1].
