Just add

{{subst:ghits}}

to any talk page/AfD nom page/what have you to drop in a small, convenient ghits check link for the article that it's about. No need for passing a name or anything, it's done automagically.

DO NOT, however, place this into articles themselves. That's not what it's for, and it doesn't belong there. This is an administrative template only.
